Tangshan Port Economic Development Zone is a Sino-foreign joint venture project with an annual output of 90,000 tons of refined high-purity ultra-white ultra-fine calcined kaolin. The total investment of the first phase of the project is 100 million yuan, which is the largest investment project in the calcined kaolin industry so far. The annual output of the first phase project will be put into operation at the end of 2007, and the annual output will reach 80,000 tons after technical transformation in 2015. If the market sales are promising, the company plans to start the second phase project in the next two years, and the annual output is expected to be more than 90,000 tons.

Tangshan Madison Kaolin Co., Ltd strictly implements ISO9001 quality management system and ISO14001 environmental management system standards, and holds ISO9001:2015 quality management system and ISO14001:2015 environmental management system certification issued by SGS. In addition, it has been awarded the advanced Unit of safety production target management in Seaport Area for four consecutive years, the Advanced Unit of National Safety Production Month Activity in Tangshan in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021, and the Certificate of Safety Production integrity in Hebei Province. In September 2017, "Tangshan Engineering Technology Research Center for Comprehensive Utilization of Coal Gangue" was established, taking the lead in adopting ERP and BPM system to manage production and logistics in China's calcined kaolin industry. It has been awarded "National High-tech Enterprise" since 2016. In 2021 and 2022, a total of four utility model patents have been declared and all of them have been approved. Now the company has 2 invention patents and 4 utility model patents. In 2023, our company has been declared as an innovative small and medium-sized enterprise in Hebei Province and a small and medium-sized enterprise in Hebei Province.

Factory is located in Tangshan Port Economic Development Zone, covers an area of 103,000 square meters, factory building area of more than 35,000 square meters. Currently there are 150 employees. The company is adjacent to the port of Jingtang, only 3 kilometers away from the port by car. In addition, it is closely connected with the transportation arteries of Tang-Tang Railway, Tang-Tang high-speed, along the sea highway, Bohai Road and so on. With advantageous geographical location, sea transportation and automobile transportation are very convenient, which solves the bottleneck problem of transportation of calcined kaolin industry.

The significance of the project construction of the company is to rely on the comprehensive control of first-class experts and senior engineers at home and abroad, and make ultra-fine calcined kaolin with high added value by crushing, grinding, pulping, drying, calcining, shattering, modification, packaging and other production processes of coal gangue from Shanxi, which is a comprehensive utilization project of resources encouraged by national policies. With the improvement of people's living standard, the output of high-grade paper, paint and coatings is constantly expanding, and the demand for high whiteness and ultra-fine calcined kaolin is constantly increasing. The world consumption of kaolin has been on the rise, and the general trend of kaolin price is stable but rising. Therefore, this project has good economic benefits and broad market prospects.

Through years of production, research and development and sales, the output, quality and sales volume has occupied the second position in the industry, the products are mainly sold to Europe, Australia, Asia. The main application areas are paper, paint, paint, rubber, cable and other industries. The "white snow" brand kaolin produced by the company has become a well-known brand in the industry, and has achieved good economic and social benefits.
