KAOLIN SNOWBRIGHT(HM-88)

SNOWBRIGHT® HM-88 hydrous kaolin is widely used in paper, paint, plastics, rubber, sealant, adhesive ceramics and chemical industries. For water base paint , it is a functional extender of TiO2 reducing formulation cost , improving rheology and consolidating the dry film properties of primers and undercoats.

Product Description

SNOWBRIGHT® HM-88 hydrous kaolin is widely used in paper, paint, plastics, rubber, sealant, adhesive ceramics and chemical industries. For water base paint , it is a functional extender of TiO2 reducing formulation cost , improving rheology and consolidating the dry film properties of primers and undercoats. SNOWBRIGHT hydrous kaolin can also extend TiO2 in solvent based gloss paints by using high speed dissolvers to cut down processing time and increase efficiency. In rubber industry, SNOWBRIGHT hydrous kaolin give semi-reinforcing properties and good barrier properties, specially in automotive hose applications.

In flooring compounds it can increase abrasion resistance and make the compound cheaper. In sealants and adhesives, SNOWBRIGHT hydous kaolin used to modify rheological properties.

 

SNOWBRIGHT ® HM-88kaolin given user the following benefit:
